I believe the career chose me, because working with children has always been my passion. I canโt think of anything else I would or want to do. When I look back, I’m proud of my years working with children and all of the joy they have given me. I have worked as an aide in the classroom and also as a preschool teacher. Therefore, starting my own business in home child care was the best decision for me and it gives me the freedom to teach what and how I want.

A business woman needs to be confident in herself and in her work performance, have the assurance to make decisions, and a determination to succeed. No matter what obstacles try to get in my way, I never let them stop or slow me down.

I would not be the business woman I am today, if I didnโt have other business women in my life. By example, they showed me how to make bold decisions and stand up for myself. In business, you never stop learning. You learn from your success and how to continue the positive things in your life. When your plans don’t work out, analyze what you’ll do differently next time. Always learn from your mistakes.
